From TikTok To Table: Great White Teams Up With Gabbriette
Unveiling the new “Gabbriette Burger” and “Spritz Noir.”
You’ve seen Gabbriette cheffing it up at home via her TikTok cooking tutorials, but she’s made her official cooking debut with Los Angeles‘ chic all-day café, Great White.
In addition to the all-day restaurant’s regular menu, two exclusive dishes will be available for a limited time. Gabbriette has given her own unique twist to the beloved “Tremendous Burger” and “GW Spritz.” The “Tremendous Burger” has been transformed into the “Gabbriette Burger,” featuring smashed patties topped with white American cheese, charred leeks and chilies (replacing the traditional caramelized fennel.) This burger is elevated with a bold fermented, hot black garlic aioli and a juicy heirloom tomato, all sandwiched between a black bun. And of course, no “Gabbriette Burger” experience is complete without a side of crispy fries — because what’s a hot girl meal without them?
She hasn’t overlooked her grain-free girlies either. There will be a grain-free option of the burger available in limited quantities for those who prefer it.
You can pair your meal with Gabbriette’s twist on the restaurant’s “GW Spritz,” now reimagined as the “Spritz Noir.” This drink takes on a bold, dark character with the addition of activated charcoal and is elegantly finished with a blackberry garnish.
“We love Gabbriette’s unique and innovative approach to food and recipe development and are so thrilled to be able to collaborate with her on these items,” said Co-founders of Great White, Sam Cooper and Sam Trude in a press release. “Sharing her take on a few of our longtime staples like the ‘Tremendous Burger’ and ‘GW Spritz’ has been a lot of fun for us, and we’re excited for our community to be able to enjoy them.”
This collaboration is part of an ongoing series aiming to shine a spotlight on chefs, recipe developers and personalities who inspire the team behind Great White. The “Gabbriette Burger” and “Spritz Noir” will be available across all three locations in Venice, Larchmont Village and West Hollywood from August 22 to August 29.
