Paloma Elsesser Celebrates Marc Jacobs' 40-Year Anniversary
Starring in the limited-edition collection campaign alongside J Balvin and Futura.
For those who might not know, Leonard Hilton McGurr — better known as Futura (formerly Futura 2000) is a graffiti artist turned contemporary art legend. Futura and Marc Jacobs have been long-time friends, collaborating on various projects over the past two years.
Their shared passion for art, New York and creative expression makes their latest project a perfect fit. To celebrate Marc Jacobs’ 40th anniversary, the brand is launching a limited edition capsule collection in collaboration with Futura. This collection is the eighth release in a year-long series where Marc’s friends and collaborators have reimagined pieces from his creative world.

The capsule includes fresh takes on Marc Jacobs classics like “The Tote Bag” and”The Snapshot” alongside unisex denim, hoodies, accessories and other ready-to-wear items. The campaign itself is a visual treat, with photos shot by renowned New Yorker Renell Medrano, featuring model Paloma Elsesser, musician J Balvin and of course, Futura himself, adding a dynamic and authentic New York flavor to the collection.
