Off-White™ Taps POST ARCHIVE FACTION, Helinox, Victorinox for "EQUIPMENT" Collection
A partnership conceptualized by Virgil Abloh.
Off-White™ has tapped three labels — POST ARCHIVE FACTION (PAF), Helinox and Victorinox — for its latest collaboration. Dubbed “EQUIPMENT,” the collection was conceptualized by Virgil Abloh in 2020 prior to his death.
The four-way partnership is comprised of 12 pieces spanning ready-to-wear, accessories and furniture. Each design is highlighted with fig leaves, which serve as a central theme throughout the range.
PAF, a South Korean label founded in 2018 by Dongjoon Lim and Sookyo Jeong, created a bomber jacket, hoodie, pants, long-sleeve tee, bucket hat and backpack for the collab. The pieces arrive in a monochrome black-and-white palette with the fig leaf motif applied throughout. The same design elements are found on the Helinox collab, which features the Sunset Chair and Table One Hard Top Large. The partnership is complete with Victorinox, a knife manufacturer and watchmaker based in Switzerland, which crafted a co-branded pocket knife.
“This incredible project with Off-White™ has been an exploration that’s meaningful to us and demonstrates the breadth in how humans experience art, fashion, utility and the outdoors,” Young Lah, Global CEO of Helinox, shared in a statement. “The Helinox brand comes through as a canvas, both in terms of expressing style and in terms of how people use our products for enjoyment in so many different environments. We are honored to collaborate with this group of people and brands and bring this project to life.”
