Harry Lambert Brings ‘70s Circus Energy to His New Zara Collection

The 70-piece collection offers a range of apparel, footwear and accessories.

Roll up roll up for…”Cutie Circus!” Harry Styles‘ renowned stylist, Harry Lambert has just designed the cutest ’70s-inspired collection with Zara for Fall/Winter 2024 and we must admit — it’s got Styles written all over it. From the color palette to the vintage silhouettes, this collaboration brings everything you’d hope to find on your next trip to the thrift store.

Known for his authentic, lived-in and retro style, Lambert’s collection reminds us of rummaging through a box of fancy-dress pieces for a school play. Hugely inspired by the scene of a circus, the 70-piece collection will feature polka-dot shirts, tie sets, oversized tartan outerwear, retro zip-through “Harrington” jackets, “Barrel-Leg” trousers, loose pin-striped trousers and even footwear, such as the black and white brogues.

As well as a collaboration between Lambert and Zara, the collection also features a collaboration with artist Aysha Nagieva. Nagieva has created bespoke prints inspired by his color palette and ’70s circus research. “It was such a fun, immediate process where every idea could be developed and expanded upon. It was so fun to show the illustrations and to eventually see where Harry and the Zara team took them with the clothing,” she says in a press release.

“I worked primarily in watercolors on paper when creating the illustrations, whereas in my usual practice, I mainly work in oil paint. This was essential to replicate this ‘vintage’ circus feeling, yet also to make all the visuals contemporary. It is such a big honor for me to contribute to the collection and for Harry to trust me with the execution of his brilliant ideas,” the artist adds.

One of Nagieva’s prints in the collection appears on a blue “Ringer” tee with a red-outlined collar and sleeves, featuring an illustration of a circus elephant — very “Cutie Circus” — if we do say so ourselves.

The collection is available for purchase on September 20 via Zara. Click the gallery to check out some of the pieces.
