Rohan Mirza SS25 Is What The Cool Kids Wear in Your Nightmares
The 23-year-old, Parisian designer has done it again, this time diving into a liminal universe between digital and physical.
Remember the fictional location, Backrooms? Or the survival horror game, Slender? Well, Rohan Mirza‘s Spring/Summer 2025 collection, “NUKETOWN” is an exploration of exactly this.
When online and offline worlds collide, there is a mutual existence of presence and absence, or reality and virtuality which creates for a constant experience of liminality. “NUKETOWN” is the faint universe to which playable characters, heroes can villains dare to exist together.
In the collection look book, “Look 1” features a hooded “Crinoline” dress crafted from leather and adorned with a gradient effect that gives it a weathered, mold-like appearance. The look is complemented by a 3D printed, Undertale flower, designed in collaboration with artist, Marius Perraud.”Look 2” displays a 3D printed black bra top made with leather laces and tattooed skin resembling silicone pants in collaboration with artist Loise Hulin.

Elsewhere, “Look 10” unveils a more mid-’00s inspired look but horror, gamified. Inside the translucent 3D-printed cap shows a pink 3D printed brain and the back of the outfit shows a “SFX 93 HARDCORE” silicone, graphic print. The look is put together with black and white jersey-patterned pants and a skirt with mold effects using flocked velvet.
