Dieux and Willie Norris Want You to "Promote Homosexuality"
With their new collaboration which gives 100% of proceeds to trans-led organization G.L.I.T.S.
Skincare brand Dieux is using its hero product, the Forever Eye Mask, to support social change in partnership with designer Willie Norris. Norris, the CCO of the queer clothing brand Tomboyx, brings playfulness and community to her collections and collaborations including Helmut Lang, Away, Le Tigre, MoMAPS1 and Planned Parenthood. Dubbed “Promote Homosexuality,” the limited-edition beauty collaboration aims to support and celebrate LGBTQ+ communities using the same design qualities and principles of its cherished eye masks.
“This iconic ‘Promote Sexuality’ Forever Eye Mask limited-edition release honors the impact that the LGBTQ+ community has had on beauty. Simultaneously, it places the right amount of tension onto others via its two-word manifesto and encourages people to question their lens on the world and what they could do to help make it a more accepting place,” the brand said in a press release.
Dieux is donating 100% of the profits from the “Promote Homosexuality” Forever Eye Mask to G.L.I.T.S. This trans-led organization fights for systemic change in marginalized communities around New York City. Its advocacy, direct services, public education and more have led to the building of sustainable housing and health clinics for those who come to them in need of support.
