Ottolinger Launches First Pop-Up in New York City

Powered by emcee, the Berlin-based brand takes over the Swiss Institute with limited-edition pieces and an install of its FW24 campaign.

Bringing curated garments and merchandise from Berlin, Ottolinger is teaming up with emcee to launch its first pop-up in New York City. Taking over the Swiss Institute’s former bookstore, the pop-up features exclusive Ottolinger collections, limited-edition merchandise and visual installations of the brand’s Fall/Winter 2024 campaign.

This announcement follows the unveiling of Ottolinger’s FW24 campaign, which captures the brand’s two founders through photographer Heji Shin’s lens. Known for its unraveling, futuristic style– office ties on trompe-l’oeil dresses, twisted sunglasses and ceramic purses– the campaign enhances feelings of mystique and chaos around Ottolinger’s styles.

Expanding upon the intersection of fashion and technology, Ottolinger’s partnership with emcee also invites style creators to utilize the app’s tools while wearing and shooting the garments. Apart from browsing the pop-up’s exclusive merchandise in the app, guests will also discover inspiration in how these creators are transforming Ottolinger pieces to suit their personal aesthetics.
